When you book with us we collect: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment information (processed securely by Square; we do not store card numbers).

We also collect information about your rental (dates, items, zone) and any communications you send us.

• To process payments and handle any damage or loss claims
• To improve our service and respond to your questions

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

By providing your phone number and email at checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages (confirmation, delivery status, pickup reminder) related to your rental. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate the business: Square (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and Supabase (database). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We retain booking records for up to 3 years for business and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure payment processing via Square, and access controls on our internal systems.
